Dear aspirant,
VIT does not release official cut-offs every year but based on previous year stats, yes you are eligible to CS in VIT Chennai/ Vellore campus. The closing ranks keep varying drastically every year, so by round-1 you can get CSE even though CSE with specializations is slightly hard to get in that round.
