You do not need JEE Mains rank for admission into CBIT,Hyderabad or VCE,Hyderabad. Both of the colleges give admission on the basis of EAMCET ranks. 70% of the seats are reserved under EAMCET known as 'Category A' seats. The second mode of admission is under management quota which you mentioned. 30% seats are reserved for this known as 'Category B' seats.
For admission under management quota, admissions are done on merit based on 10+2 marks.
