Well your rank is good but still not appropriate. And to get a seat in government medical colleges through AIQ with this marks and rank is not possible for a general category student.
Now, for state quota, I would like to tell you that it is relatively easy to get a seat through state quota. For more information, I would like to know your state of domicile.
