Hi I had scored 182 mark and 21248 rank in NEET-MDS 2020 exam.I couldn't apply or participate for Round1or round2 counseling due to below cut off mark.Will i be able to apply to do fresh registration and participate for the upcoming Mop-up round of counseling as per the new revised cut-off circular?

Jospeh, you haven't mentioned your Category. This year for NEET MDS 2020, the cut offs have been reduced by 18.935 percentage which is approximately 66 marks across all Categories. Now the new Cut offs are as follows:

General/EWS: 31.065

SC/ST/OBC: 21.065

General PWD: 26.065

And the revised marks are as follows:

General/EWS: 220

SC/ST/OBC:188

General PWD: 204

But if you have scored 182, you unfortunately still do not make it to the cut offs which makes you ineligible for the counselling process. So you cannot register or participate in NEET MDS fresh Counselling. You may have to reappear for next session.
