Hi.. i have completed by bsc degree... but have a back in 4th sem.. i have applied for revalution... can i attend pgcet 2019 counselling?

No, you cannot attend PGCET Counselling if you have pending backlogs.
You're required to produce your Original Degree certificates and other certificates also. So if you have pending backlogs, how can you get your Original Degree and without which you can't attend PGCET counselling.
As far as my knolwedge is concerned, you're not eligible to attend PGCET counselling session. So I suggest you to first clear the backlogs and then can appear in the counselling with the required documents.

Thank you sourandhi... once my revalution results are out will i be able get seat through pgcet? As bangalore university is very slow in their process... is there 2nd round for document verification? Is it possible to get seat throught pgect this year?
