Hi, I have got AIR 22925 and EBC Rank 9246. I belong from Bihar. Will i have any chance to get government college in bihar? Please suggest.

Here is the cut off for the first round of state counselling for 85% state quota in bihar for all the categories:
General- AIR 7934
SC- AIR 111833
ST- AIR 62985
EBC- AIR 19908
BC- 12473
As you mentioned, your AIR is 22925 and as you can see the information available for first round states the closing AIR to be 19908. After subsequent rounds of counselling, the rank must have dropped more. you have a fair chance of getting into colleges.
