hi, I have selected option 2 in round 1 karnataka and paid the fees.. can I exit now ? and will I get amount refund ?

Choice 2 is wherein you state that you are satisfied with the seat that has been allotted to you but wish to participate in Round 2. But for that, you also pay the prescribes fees. If you get better option in Round 2, then your seat allotted in Round 1 gets automatically cancelled and if no better seat has been allotted, then the seat allotted in Round 1 shall remain. So this is a choice between seat allotted in Round 1 and Round 2 but not an exit round. For that your option should have been 4 because it says that Choice 4 needs to be exercised by Candidates who aren't satisfied with the seat allotted in Round 1 and do not wish to further participate in the Counselling. But if you have chosen option 2 which is about being allotted a better seat, then if you exit the College, you wont get any refund. You may have to forfeit the fees that you paid. Option 2 is about upgradation and Option 4 is about exit and so if you exit after choosing upgradation, you will not get the refund.
