Hi, i have taken NEET first time after completing my 12 class is correct or should i wait for another yaer and get ready and attempt one more time for better ranking

Prepare for NEET side by side as you study for your 12th exam online or offline. If you did not get good score, then go for a repeater's Entrance Coaching Class if you are so much interested in NEET. It is a highly competitive exam, so please do not leave hope. You have to choose a better coaching center after reviewing thru the internet.
Also if you are not getting good score, then go for graduation selecting a subject of your interest,
