hi, i live in UP and have applied for JHARKHAND NEET(UG) 2019 counselling pls tell me from where should i get my pwd certificate

If you have applied for the PWD quota seast then you will have to generate the PWD certificate for the admission through this quota. You will have to go for the complete body check up for the medical certificate and then you will be able to get the PWD certificate from the same. You can go one of the mentioned centers for issuing the PWD certificate.
