hi i missed out on registration of neet mds entrance for 2019. is it possible to fill my form?

What you missed out on registration ..?...but release of notification about the NEET MDS will be last week of October only
And the application starts from last week of October also .

Hi..yes..I agree that the form will b out only in last week of October but the nbe website says we need to register before actually filling out the form which says has been closed. Can u suggest what I can do about it?
