Hello Dear Student,
No, the Bar Council of India (BCI) does not permit pursuing a regular 3-year LL.B. or an integrated 5-year LL.B. programme through distance learning, online mode, or open universities for the purpose of enrolling as an advocate.
To become eligible to practice law in India, you must complete your LL.B. degree in regular mode from a BCI-recognized law college or university .
