You simply have to fill the application form after it is released , you can mention your category as Physically handicaped (PH). After the filling of application form , there will be generation of merit lists and accordingly you will be alloted a certain rank. Since you belong to ph category , the chances of admission are high. If you are alloted a medical college in the counselling , you have to go the respective college. There will be a medical checkup for all. In your case , it will be done to confirm your category. If you pass the medical test , you will get admission.
