hope you are doing well
As you want good government colleges other than NIT, IIIT, IIIT then you must get your rank under 60k for, this you have to score minimum of 95 percentile in jee mains to get seat in the college. and the score you achieved is less then 60 percentile.
the thing which is mort important to understand is If you're from General category, you need at least 85 percentile to be on the safe side, that is 90+ marks overall. If you're from SC/ST category, you don't need to worry much as 60-70 percentile will work well for you to get a seat in any government college.
so it's little bit difficult to get a government college for btech engineering course.
so I'll suggest you to go for private college.
prepare for next year.
