These are forms of domicile certificate. You have to fill up the performa A1 and get it signed by your school principal and fill up the performa A2 and get it signed by a gazetted officer of West Bengal govt. These will act as a proof that you are a resident of Bengal. The performa b is for non residents of Bengal.
