The first thing. The admission in IITs are not done on the basis of jee main percentile. Its just a qualifying exam, where you need to qualify. For admission you need to get very high score for admission.
Now, for admission in Barch at IITs you need to appear for jee mains paper1 then qualify and jee advanced then qualify it and the AAT.
For admission in barch in NITs is enough. But your percentile is insufficient. One can get admission till 2000 rank in general Category. But your rank will be more than 10k. So, better to reprepare for april main.
