Dear Mr. Yadav, All India Quota doesn' t have Ex serviceman Quota. It is available at State Counselling. There will be a 3% horizontal reservation within your Category. So if you belong to OBC Category, the cut offs have been as follows:
BC-A: 494: Shaheed Hasan Khan Medical College
BC-B: 514: Shaheed Hasan Khan Medical College
So at 515, your daughter has a decent chance of getting a medical seat in Haryana. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
