Hi, my AIR rank is 121000 , can i get seat in govt college in any state?

As per your rank you are not going to get any govt. medical seat under all india quota. But for state seat, it depends on your state rank. If you are fortunate enough to get a very good state rank then you can get a seat. But as per the previous year's trends for most of the states, this rank is not sufficient to get you government medical seat specially if you belong to general category.
