hi my child is in class 4. how can i shape him for iit ? also how will i understand his inclination towards medical.
Hiii sir
He is still a premature child. He will be so much innocent that he might not be knowing even what is iit or medical sector.
For the time being now you can just focus on his primary schooling which he is doing. He is able to do everything and able to catch whatever's teacher taught him. So this are the basic things and are the base which will help in move forward. Also he is too young so let him do whatever he want he will eventually pick up interest either it's in academic or sports or art's and culture things etc. Now you can just teach him with all this basic things and manner and how to behave that's all.
Once when he will come to class 7-8th where the science topics will get divided into physics, bio, chem then you can check his inclination where he is interested in either physics or bio.
Then also I'll say nothing to force from now. Just help him with daily chores like homework and all. Later he may develop interest in anything there are other sectors than this also. Now also if he have interest in sports you can promote him to do that or either if he have interest in any art's drawing thing or music just promote him to do that. Provide them basic education in whatever interest he show.
So from my suggestion let him grow up and keep teaching basics education that's all he need for time being now.
All the best
Since you have mentioned that your child is in class 4, then according to me this is not the right age to shape him for IIT. Children usually change their preferences while growing up. If a child is interested in maths today, then he might not feel the same when he grows up. So I suggest to let the child be going with his curreng syllabus as of now. And he grows up like around class 7, He can be able to decide in which field he is interested it. At that point of age he will be in a position to recognise his capabilities and decide to go according to it.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
