Hii Aneeswari!
The eligibility criteria for applying into UPSC exam or to become an IAS officer states that the Candidate must have completed graduation degree from a recognised university in any subject. The candidate must be atleast 21 years in age and the upper age limit is 32 years , for general category Candidates. So, if you satisfy this criteria and clear the exam and interview, you will become an IAS.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
