hi sir, i got 385 (OBC,telanaga)in neet 2019, can i get seat in govt college in any state of india and in any universities below 5 lac /yr.

Your Neet score is decent but since this year cutoff expected are to be slightly higher than last year so there is almost no chances for you to get government seat for mbbs or bds courses under 85% state quota. But you can get seat in private medical college. You might get seat for bams or bums courses in government college.
