Based on your General category rank - 68506 and percentile 93.912 their is very low probability that you'll get a seat in NIT or IIIT all over India. I suggest you try for other state university colleges or private institutions.
If you think you have one more year to spare, you might consider taking one year drop and preparing for JEE once again.
