your questions is not complete , I assume you have once change your graduation college and now want to change again due to family purpose and jobs prospect, however there is less chances for acceptation of the migration of college again since you have once applied it. also migration can be done to colleges which comes under the same university. now to complete your graduation you have to compromise and wait for the examination to complete and clear the backlog papers. if you have any more query you may ask in comment section.
