With this score alone, you will be able to get good Government/Private Medical Colleges. You haven't mentioned your Home state, college preferences or you want a college under State quota or All India Quota, as these factors will affect the chances of getting a top college. However, 600 marks are too good to get government medical colleges, under All India Quota also and you can get admission in states like Maharashtra, UP, MP, in General category.
