hi there I'm in 11th commerce without math and I'm week in maths plz tell me how I can improve it coz I have to give ipm Indore entrance exam in 2021

Your analysis about yourself that you are weak in Math and the you need to have a better grip on the subject proves that you are not that weak in Maths because analytical ability is needed to understand Math and you seem to have that quality. Maybe you did not score well in Math, that is all.

Now, how do you overcome this problem? The basic problem with almost all who are weak in Math is that their foundation is weak. Can we build a tall building if the foundation is weak? We cannot. So, the first step is to make the foundation strong.

How do we go about that? Devote just half-an-hour daily to this. Begin at Class 5 Maths. Get a Class 5 text book and start earnestly. Same with Class 6 and 7.  Once you understand the basics, go for Class 8, 9 and 10 respectively.  You can also take the help of a friendly teacher or a senior who is good at Math for this.

It is not solving the questions that matter. You have to understand the theory and also the practical application. You would have studied that to calculate area, you have to multiply Length by Breadth. But do you know the area of your bedroom? Probably not. That is because you did not put the  theory into practice.

Join Internet-based math clubs like www.mathcounts.org or sciencing.org or the Math club, if it is there in your school or nearby school where Math is treated in a simple and interesting manner so that you develop a lifelong interest in a subject that is supposedly tough, but easy if you learn the basics well.
