Karnataka Common Entrance Test commonly known as KCET is regulated by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). It is conducted for admission to professional courses like Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharma), Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharma), Agriculture courses (Farm Science) and Veterinary courses.

•• Mode of exam : KCET 2021 exam will be held in offline mode.

•• Type of questions: The paper will contain multiple choice type of questions.

•• Duration of exam : 80 minutes will be given for completion of each paper/subject .

•• Maximum marks: Each paper will be of 60 marks, i.e., the total will be of 180 marks.

The registration process of KCET 2021 has been started from 15th June 2021.

KCET 2021 was conducted as an offline (pen and paper-based) test on August 28 and 29.

To get seat in BSc Agriculture you need at least 50% marks in 12th for appearing (CET) . To get seat in BSc Agricultural you need to get above 50% marks in CET . So if you want to get into top colleges then you should have a rank below 2000. In order to get this rank, you should score more than 120 marks out of 180 in KCET if you want to get a BSc Agriculture seat in first round itself. So as per your rank you will have to wait for further rounds of councelling.
