Hii ,i am fresher to attempt neet 2018 .,i has query in filling neet form there is -"qualifying examination code" is what for me?
Hey Vismay!
I am assuming that by ‘fresher’, you mean you will be appearing for your Class XII final exam this year, ie. 2018. Therefore, in the dropdown menu for ‘Qualifying Examination Code’ you will be required to select your code as ‘01’. This code is for those whose Class XII results are awaited so you will not be required to enter your Class XII marks.
However, if you have already cleared your Class XII last year or before that and are saying that you will be appearing for NEET for the first time this year, then you will be required to select your ‘Qualifying Examination Code’ as ‘02’. This code is for those who have cleared Class XII in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (with minimum aggregate of 50%) and English. In this case, you will have to enter your Class XII marks details in the successive steps.
I hope this is clear. Let us know if you have any other doubts with regard to application form.
All the best!
