Hi,
You will be eligible for taking the JEE Min B.Arch examination of 2020 only if you score 50% in Physics, chemistry and maths as well as 50% marks in overall subjects in your class 12 examination. Since you said that you got 43 marks in mathematics, you need to score atleast 55 marks in physics and chemistry separately to qualify the eligibility criteria.

Yeah definitely you will be able to apply for the JEE B.Arch entrance exam since there is not any eligibility criteria for that but yeah for getting into the Government Institutions based upon the AIR you will not be able to enter into it since your eligibility criteria is lagging in that but anyways still you have the options of the private institutions as well. So yeah you can go with that.
