You have fair chances of getting a seat in llrm college as last year least marks to secure a seat in llrm under state quota from your category was 429 marks .so I can say ...you have fair chance but remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.

Dear Gaurav, in 2018, under State Quota 429 marks secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College in OBC Category. Considering that, 510 is a good score. You can het a seat there. Having said this, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official answer key has been released to weigh your options.
