hii, im from haryana,female general girl, 290000 rank in jee mains,91 percent aggregate in 12th and 87 percent in pcm 12th, is there any chance to get addmission in any tier 2 or reputated college in metro city and total 4 year budget under 15 lakh including hostel, mess and academic fee?please tell
