To be eligible to appear for NDA exam, candidates must be born not earlier than July 2, 2000, and not later than July 1, 2003. Hence, you can not apply for NDA exam. There is some criteria as you mention your dob it's matched the pass criteria,and the other one is 10+2 or you must be 12'th appearing

so if you are 12'th appearing you are eligible.
