Hii, just needed to know since I'm not happy with my maths and CS marks for my 12th science, doubting of some mistakes on the part of examiners, do you think applying for a revaluation can help rectify any error or may be the board will never admit their mistakes if any on their part. kindly advise.
Hello Alen Joseph
If you are not satisfied with your marks in Maths and CS in your class 12th.
You can definitely apply for rechecking or revaluation of your exam, you can also ask you copy of your answer sheet if you aren't satisfied.
If CBSE found anything wrong in your marksheet then they will definitely correct it.
In rectification, your marks can be increased also and if given extra than it can be decreased too.
So, if you are sure that you scored under your expectations and there's must be some problem than you should apply for rechecking.
Hope this information would be helpful for you.
All the best.
There is nothing like Board will never accept its mistake. The paper gets checked by 3 different teachers at 3 different levels and finally your marks are granted. So at times there are possibility that the person at the third level could find more mistakes in your paper and hence you lost marks. But if you are confident enough, then you can surely apply for revaluation, Because if you deserve the marks, then you will surely get them.
Best of wishes to you. Thank you.
