You can apply for the private BAMS colleges of the other state, For the Government colleges you will be eligible to apply in your state Haryana only.

Yes,you are eligible for taking admission to bams colleges in other states but you can apply under 15% all India quota seats and based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government bams college is moderate but you will definitely get a private bams colleges.i hope this information helps you.
