Just a mere score is not enough to decide whether you can get a medical college with fees as 4 lakhs in india.  It depends on many other  things like domicile ,because if you have  the domicile of any state then you can apply through state counselling for that state ,  otherwise you will apply through all india counselling and cutoffs , hence the college you can get differs for different counsellings and states, the other thing is category , because due to reservation , it happens that a student from unreserved category is getting a seat in private college while the other is getting in govt. Colleges and both have the same score.

So , you see how much difference these factors can cause.

Since you have mentioned none. I consider you to be a general candidate applying through all india counselling , in such a case , you have the chances to get a seat in deemed colleges only like

grant medical college , mumbai(Rs.4.28 lakhs)

SCB medical college , chennai(Rs.1 lakh approx)

The fees of this colleges is so affordable. Even the fees of second one is much more affordable than the first one .

Well , there are many other deemed colleges where you can get admission like VKMV medical college , chennai but their fee structure is so high.
