SV University has not declared the cut-off for 2019 yet, however we can get a rough idea from previous year's cut-off as it is a factor in deciding the 2019 cut-off.
With your rank of 797 in the SC category, you have very good chances of admission in this colleges. Since you are interested in Computer Applications I'm assuming you wish to do B.Tech CSE where you can get admission with this rank.
