SL Arora, Arihant and Pradeep in physics
o p Agarwal, op tandon, KL chugh and nootan in chemistry
Nootan, veer Bala rastogi, Truman and Dinesh in biology
apart from books what you also need to realise is the way in which you study them is very essential and thus I would request you to either be a part of some premier institute like Aakash or Allen to guide you with the process even if it is the distance course and the give you quality study material to help you with your important facts and concepts although the life classes and much more helpful in direct student teacher interaction

The best book for NEET is NCERT. Consider NCERT as Bible.
Read and understand NCERT carefully and apart from that you can prefer notes of your coaching institute and modules of coaching institutes like ALLEN, AAKASH etc.
