Hii sir I m belonging to PCMB+English breakground can I eligible for JEE main Conseling?

JEE Main exam requires you to be having physics, chemistry and mathematics as your subjects. Other than that, even if you have Biology, it will not effect your appearance in the examination or your counselling process. So yes you can appear for JOSAA counselling as long as you have PCM as your subjects.

Yes you can write JEE mains and you can also appear for JEE advance if you qualify JEE mains.And you can also apply for the medicine entrance examinations.It solely depends on you.You can crack jee if you student well and many of the students have done it earlier.So nothing to worry,you can write the JEE . similar questions be like:-
Can PCB studentfilljeemains? ... No you cannot appear forjeemains Examination if youdonot have mathematics as a subject in your class 11 and class 12. ForJEEMains, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are the compulsory subjects. Biologystudentscannot appear forJEEMain Exam...
But as you have mathematics too...you can write jee

To apply for JEE Mains you must have PCM in your class 12, which seems you are having. So I think you are eligible to apply for JEE Mains.
