Dear candidate,

I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college this year. First of all you did not get abive the qualifying marks of neet So you cannot get admission into any college by neet if you are in general category.

If you are in a reserved category like SC or ST then you are eligible but you can only get a seat by management quota.

You have got 96 marks that means you have not qualified for NEET 2019 no matter what your category is. So you are not eligible to participate in any round of counselling for All India Quota or State Quota for that matter. With such a low score, you are not eligible for any category A seat(provided on the basis of your NEET rank) in both private and government colleges for all courses. You can try contacting private college authorities for category B seats(directly contacting the college authorities irrespective of your NEET marks) if available.
