An NRI is a non Resident Indian. If you have Haryana Domicile you cannot claim NRI Quota. NRI quota is for those Candidates whose parents or guardians have settled abroad and are willing to sponsor these Candidates to study in India. With an Indian State domicile, you are not eligible for NRI quota.
