Hii , which college is best in government or private for me. My 12 marks is 69.8 %

According to me government colleges is always best to choose your career in any field but it also depend upon course and government colleges. Marks which you have scored in your 12th is not enough to get admission in any government colleges. Although you can get admission in government colleges in which there is entrance exams and no criteria of 12th marks.

Otherwise, there are many good private good colleges also who take admission without taking the 12th marks into the consideration.

Dear candidate it totally depends on your course of choice, because selection into private or government Institutes are governed by their individual admission procedure. If it is entrace exam based then the minimum criteria to appear for the exam is minimum 55% in 10+2. But if it is merit based then with 69.8% your better chances exist in private colleges because for government Institutes it remains too high.
