To inform you that securement of 44 marks doesn't offer you seat in the NITs until you have some special reservation. And to do the computer engineering probably government and private colleges are both good. For govt colleges you can find such as NITs IITs GFITs IIITs and some govt universities and in private sector there are more best universities such as VIT ,KLU,LPU ..etc
