Dear Kunwar, lets say you have secured MBBS seat in a Government College, you pay a nominal fees and can secure your TC and leaving certificates. This will prove as your gap certificates as well. But lets say if you secured a seat in a Private MBBS College, you might have an issue because you might be asked to shell out the fees for the entire duration of the course. This is because the College is forgoing a potential candidate for the entire duration of the course. This might be a problem because the fees in the Private Medical Colleges is usually high.

Hii aspirant..
It totally depends on your college policies since the students. If you are having a private college and most probably the college will ask you to pay fees for remaining 9 semesters. So just please make sure to the college authority about their policies before taking any step.
And another thing is that the college is having your official documents and certificates thus better is that you consult to your college about it before taking admission. Take every step carefully.
Hope it helps.
Best of luck.
