The reservations available under Neet or OBC , SC and ST with the court of being highest for unreserved candidates followed by OBC candidates which is for the followed by SC candidates and the lowest cutoff being for the ST candidates also if a person is physically handicapped the cut offs may go even low and especially if it is combined with any of the other reservations

so unless you belong to one of the specific categories and have documents and certificates to prove your reservation on this category you would fall under the unreserved category as per the neet guidelines
