Hi,I'm Som from Kolkata.Now i can secure 70%ile marks in mocks.Is it possible to secure at least 85%ile in CAT ? Plz give some suggessions

With accuracy you can surely achieve this feat, but for that thoroughly revose all concepts before you give mock tests and keep rectify your mistakes. You wont get accuracy by leaving questions, try to solve all problems initially and where you go wrong solve such questions more to make your weaknesses redundant, once you do that your confidence will boost miles away. Secondly, give maximum mock tests and make sure you dont repeat same mistakes again. once you're done with that you can then choose and select certain questions in final CAT exam to score great percentile wiyhin less amount of time for maximum accuracy. You can easily score 85%le. Generally, the actual CAT score will be approximate 50+(mockscore/2), because at least half people write CAT without much preparation and in mocks you compete with people who are prepared. Target 90+ and focus on the analysis of mocks to find where your fault.

You should now focus on doing these three things: - Finish off all the easy questions in one iteration - Keep an approximate target to score atleast 33% marks in the exam and distribute it among the sections. - Try to pull off as much as you can in your strongest section.

If you subscribed to any mocks which give by non-serious or less talented people, the score may not be high on actual CAT.
