Many colleges make suitable hotspot for the purpose of student's research and all.  For that you should need advanced laptop as MacBook air is old version laptop in this industry. If have high budget then you can Prefer Macbook pro. you can go for other laptops such as HP pavilion, Dell inspiron , asus zenbook.
