Hello,
UPES Dehradun hasn't mentioned any last date for applying for admission.The possible reason could bethe delay in JEE April session due to COVID-19 pandemic.If, you are getting message from them and if you have scored more than 50 percentile in JEE January then you should apply as soon as possible.But ideally they will give atleast on month time duration for applying so you should apply before end of april.
