Well if you belong to the general category then a straight forward : NO...!!!!
The closing rank for the general category students is around 7000 even for the courses like geophysics
Even an OBC certifictee might not take you very far. Having a SC or ST certificate might help a bit but in vain(u wont get your choicest branch).
Hey, congrats. But it is not possible to get into an iit, but you can try for few private colleges that consider jee advanced scores for admissions, then your rank can definitely be of great help.
Congratulations on clearing JEE Advanced, Your Rank isn't enough to get you a seat in an IIT. You need a rank below 10k to make it to a IIT.
