Yes, though you have very less options, but still you may get some branches in IITs. These may include Environmental,Mineral engineering at IIT Dhanbad, Pharmaceutical engineering at IIT BHU for general category.
You may choose NITs instead if you have good rank in JEE Mains or prefer some private college.

my first choice for IIT if not then will try for private and goverment college.

You might get the branch you desire but in a private college . So try if you get any government college with this. You might get cs branch or any branch you desire.
