Dear Aspirant,
If you are inquiring about the number of rounds then it depends upon whether all the seats are filled or not. Generally, there are three rounds conducted in IIIT Bhuvaneshwar counseling procedure.
Two rounds are normal rounds like any other counseling. The third round, if there, is a special round which is like spot round. In this round, the remaining vacant seats of the first two counseling procedure are filled.
