Hello Afroz,
There's no such notice or circular from the AIIMS New Delhi.
Also AIIMS and JIPMER are two independent organizations which have always conducted it's medical admission examination separately. Till the time there's no notice or circular is released on the official website of AIIMS you should not believe on the rumors.
Till now the AIIMS has always conducted its examination separately and also you should keep in mind that levels of both the examination is different.
