Hi Poovarsan,
Last year (2018), Government medical college was a possibility for 254 score under BC-PH reservations. This year, as there is increase in cutoff predicted, the chances are tentative. But, you can apply for the counselling.
There is a higher chance in Self-financing colleges through government quota.
